Your access and use of GeoVisual’s OnSight^TM dashboard web site (the “Site”) and mobile application (the “App”) (with the Site and App collectively referred to as the “Service”) are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Use Agreement. GeoVisual retains exclusive ownership of the Service software, including all intellectual property rights therein. Except as expressly permitted by law without the possibility of contractual waiver, you agree you will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or reverse assemble the Service software or otherwise seek to gain access to source code or underlying algorithms for the Service. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works from the Service software. You shall not delete, modify or obscure any trademark, copyright notice or other proprietary notice on the App or the Site.

When using the Service, you shall not: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of any third party, including without limitation, intellectual property, privacy, and contractual rights; (c) use the Service, or any information obtained or transmitted through the Service, for any unauthorized purpose; (d) upload or share content that exploits or abuses children; or (e) assist or facilitate any third party in doing any of the foregoing.
